When your student goes off to college—even to some Christian colleges—they will be subjected to seven false teachings or “myths” about the Bible. These teachings sometimes challenges students’ faith to the core! Some of these myths include: parts of the Bible are not real, Dinosaurs aren’t in the Bible and died out millions of years ago, and Noah’s flood was taken from Eastern religions (just to name a few). In this talk we will overview just why these Biblical teachings are important and how you can ground your student in understanding them so they are equipped before leaving for college.
